The latest generation
1.6i 16V engine delivers very lively
performance, developing 80 kW EEC
(110 hp DIN) at 5,750 rpm, with maximum
torque of 147 Nm delivered at 4,000
rpm.
This engine delivers a level of performance
and driving comfort exceptional in
its class, whilst returning reasonable
fuel consumption and emission levels.
Specified in conjunction with SensoDrive
gearbox, this dynamic engine responds
eagerly to every demand.

75 hp DIN
The
1.4i range-entry engine delivers 54
kW EEC (75 hp DIN) at 5,400 rpm, with
118 Nm of torque at 3,300 rpm.
This engine achieves a highly successful
compromise between driving comfort,
fuel economy and environmental emissions.
The carefully-chosen ratios offered
by the associated manual gearbox make
the 1.4i the ideal package for
daily driving. |

| Diesel HDi 70 hp DIN |
| |
| The HDi 70 diesel engine delivers
50 kW at 4,000 rpm, and 150 Nm of torque at
1,750 rpm. This HDi engine is fitted with
a second generation Common Rail and is exceptionally
economical and quiet, at the same time as
delivering excellent dynamic qualities, including
impressive flexibility at slow speeds and
relaxing performance on long journeys. |
